Hey everyone! My name is Anthony, and I want to share my fitness journey with you. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had my ups and downs. You see, I joined the military when I was 18, and for 7 consecutive years, I was stationed overseas. During that time, I found myself spending a lot of time in bars and eating out, which led to a significant weight gain from 180 to 230 pounds.
I managed to lose the weight at first through crash dieting, but it wasn’t sustainable, and when I returned to the states, I gained it all back because I simply didn’t care anymore. Fast forward to 2019, that’s when I discovered FFT (Future Fitness Training). Now, here’s the thing – I wasn’t even in Texas, and I had never been there either! But that didn’t stop me from working with Trey, one of the trainers at FFT.
I worked with Trey for about a year, thinking I had everything figured out, and attempted to continue on my own. However, after just 6 months, I found myself back at square one, having gained all the weight back. This time, I kept it on until 2021 when I reached my breaking point. I had a broken knee and had reached a peak weight of 260 pounds. That’s when I realized that enough was enough.
For the past year and a half, with the help of Future Fitness Training, I’ve managed to go from 260 pounds to an incredible 167 pounds. I truly believe that I couldn’t have done it without their support, motivation, and guidance. What’s amazing is that even though I’m no longer in the United States, I still receive all the help I need from them.
Not only have I never felt better physically, but I’ve also never been more confident in myself. I’m so grateful to Trey and the entire Future Fitness Training team for their unwavering effort in helping people like me who seek their assistance.
