Beth’s journey began with a simple but powerful realization—she was feeling low on energy and noticed that her weight was creeping up. For many of us, that might sound familiar. But instead of letting those feelings simmer, Beth took action.

“I noticed that my energy level was low and that my weight was going up. I decided that I needed to make a change soon.”

That decision—made in a quiet moment of honesty—became the catalyst for a complete lifestyle shift. And like many true transformations, Beth’s progress wasn’t overnight. It was earned with sweat, strategy, and showing up even when it wasn’t easy.


Juggling Life & Fitness: Beth’s Time Management Breakthrough

Let’s be real: one of the hardest parts of any fitness journey is making the time. Beth works 10-hour days—yes, ten. By the time many of us are thinking about dinner and downtime, Beth was gearing up for a workout. But she quickly realized that something had to shift to stay consistent.

“One big challenge was time management of my workouts. I work 10-hour days and doing a workout and cardio after work was initially a challenge. So I decided to split the cardio and workout timing by doing cardio in the morning before work and then the workout in the evening after I get home.”

That kind of intentional planning is something we love to highlight. Beth didn’t give up when her schedule got tight—she adjusted, she adapted, and she made her fitness goals fit into her life.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about persistence. And Beth has that in spades.

Since committing to her journey at Future Fitness Training, Beth’s relationship with fitness has taken on a whole new meaning.

“I’ve noticed that I’m not as tired throughout the day and I feel a bit stronger.”
