What Motivated You to Start Your Fitness Journey?
Ashley’s fitness journey began with a unique source of inspiration—her mother. “I was always told by my mom that I looked like I had a body that could be a bodybuilder,” Ashley shares. “I wanted to look as strong as I’ve always felt.”
For Ashley, fitness wasn’t just about aesthetics. It was about aligning her inner strength with her outward appearance. Having a strong foundation of self-belief was her driving force, but like many, her journey wasn’t without challenges. She wanted her body to reflect the inner fortitude she knew she had, and that was the spark that got her started.
