“I work in IT, which means I’m at my desk all day. Eventually, I realized that sitting for so long was affecting not only my physical health but also my energy levels,” Talal shares. Like so many people in tech and remote roles, he felt the toll of a sedentary lifestyle creeping in.

That realization sparked something. Talal had heard great things about Future Fitness Training’s team of expert coaches, so he decided to take the leap. “I wanted to finally get moving and become physically fit—not just for now, but to maintain my health in the long run.”

“My biggest challenges were getting to the gym on time, doing really intensive workouts, and, believe it or not, eating more,” Talal explains. For a lot of people, fitness begins with cutting back—but when you’re training hard, fueling your body properly becomes just as important.

There were days when staying on the couch would’ve been easier. Days when the workouts pushed his limits. But Talal kept showing up. And each time he did, he grew stronger—not just in his body, but in his mindset.

One of the most powerful parts of Talal’s journey has been how his mindset around fitness has shifted. “I didn’t realize how quickly I was getting tired before. Cardio was something I underestimated,” he admits.

When asked what advice he’d give to someone just starting out, Talal didn’t hesitate: “Organize your time, sleep well, and eat well. Going to the gym takes a lot of commitment.
