“I wanted to start my journey before I developed future problems due to neglecting exercise at this point in my life,” Ezra shares. “I also wanted to build the habit as soon as I could.”

“My biggest challenge has been staying consistent and forcing myself to do the work when I don’t want to,” he admits. “Pushing through has helped a lot in developing discipline.”

“I’m much more comfortable at the gym now than when I started,” he says. “And I’ve come to realize how important consistency is to progress.”

“It’s important to find the right balance between pushing yourself and not burning yourself out,” he advises. “If you start to dislike going to the gym early in your journey, it will lead to you not wanting to go in the future. However, it is equally important to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and work hard towards your goals.”
