Adrianne O’Connor


Adrianne is a Personal Trainer and Life Coach who works with all genders and ages to guide them to a happier life by achieving their fitness goals and excel in personal growth.

After experiencing a traumatic bout of depression and anxiety, she felt NOT NORMAL. She noticed that her son was suffering due to her lack of being present which is when Adrianne decided to change her mindset and take action.  Adrianne lives and believes that the key to living the best quality of life is by incorporating a consistent fitness program, nourishing our bodies with whole foods, our minds and voices with optimism.

Adrianne has worked one on one with clients experiencing lack of self-esteem, lack of confidence, joint problems, weight gain, mobility and flexibility issues. Her true passion is working with kids of all ages to make a greater impact on their lives. She has also completed over 75 obstacle course races, a 100K bicycle rally, Goruck events, the Crossfit open, coaches 2-3 year old soccer and balances all of this while being a single parent to her 12 year old son.
