BIOGRAPHY

Jay Perez is a restorative movement specialist who helps people move and feel youthful again while eliminating aches and pains. Jay understands the struggles that hold you back after going through some of his own. While participating in high school wrestling he tore his ankle tendon. Although this prevented him from pursuing his career in wrestling, it didn’t slow him down from achieving his fitness goals. Jay developed a belief that with the right mindset, tools and knowledge any injury can be overcome. Jay has spent thousands of hours studying and applying restorative movement training on people just like you. In doing so he was able to help people overcome severe injuries and movement dysfunctions, all while empowering them to do things they never thought were possible. Jay is a certified fitness and wellness professional with accreditation from the national academy of Sports medicine (Fitness and nutrition specialist, Performance exercise specialist, MMA Conditioning specialist) He enjoys sharing his skill base to help you reach your fitness goals and educating people on the importance of restorative training
