Chelsea is a certified personal trainer who specializes in helping you improve your health through increasing your confidence by giving you the tools to be successful in and outside of the gym. Chelsea takes a more holistic approach in relieving joint pain, enhancing mobility and overall longevity through exercise and nutrition.  After experiencing an Achilles tear while getting ready for the USA Nationals Bikini competition, Chelsea knows and understands what it is like to have setbacks in your fitness journey. Through continuous rehabilitation, she learned the importance of executing proper movement, discovered the power of relentless determination, and found a passion to help others overcome pain and injuries. Chelsea has led many individuals to success in achieving their own fitness goals ranging from weight loss, sports performance and regaining mobility after reconstructive surgeries. Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a Concentration in Rehabilitation from Texas State University and is fully committed to helping you reach your fitness goals, and through this, live a healthier and happier life.
